CommunityPC is a local home-based business
catering to the needs of the home-user.
Incorporating
CaRE (Computers and Related Equipment)
we also offer on-going support to their customers, and honour any outstanding
warranties.
Based
in County Durham near Bishop Auckland, CommunityPC offers an
alternative support to the home-user in the local area, to get their PC up and
running again as soon as possible after a mishap, and also offers on-going
support, tutoring and services – at a time and place suited to the customer.
Usually
this will be in the customer’s home, when they have the time available -
getting around the normal ‘Office hours’ restrictions of the larger High-street
support specialists, and eliminating the requirement to transport your system
to a Service-Centre etc. We have no ‘out-of-hours’………. So no extra charges!!!
We
also offer a Pick-up and return service for those jobs that might take a little
longer, or a drop-off service – so you can leave it with us if that works out
easier. Then you can pick it up later or let us deliver and install it if
required.
New
PC’s or components will be installed on-site if required, and instruction
offered in their use.
For
existing customers, we also offer a courtesy-part service, so we can fit a
replacement part (subject to availability) to keep you going until we
repair or replace yours. Eg. CD-ROM, Printer etc
